Custom Order Return Policy
Because your order is processed as soon as it is received, we are unable to allow for any changes, corrections or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before placing it. You will be required to place a new order for additional items.
If you feel your order was not produced correctly: shortages, damages or non-delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (708) 372-6478 within 5 days of receipt of order or reasonable time in the case of non-delivery. If we are not notified of any errors with your order within this time period, we will consider the order accepted.
Claims for damages in transit must be made with the individual carrier when you receive the shipment, so be sure to save all shipping cartons for inspection.
Hatbacker.com Cart Purchases Return Policy
For products in-stock, we will accept exchanges. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We have gone to great lengths to design Hatbacker to fit most hat closures. In the event that your Hatbacker does not fit over a hat's closure, we advise that you find a home for your Hatbacker on another hat that allows for a good fit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please mail your unused item within 14 days with receipt to 2408 Modaff Road, Naperville, IL 60565. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned item.
Sale items -
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will send you an email once we have received your item and it has been inspected. In this email, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds -
If you haven’t received a refund in a reasonable amount of time, please check your bank account. You can also contact your credit card company and bank directly. Please allow for processing time before a refund is posted. Please contact us at email@example.com if you still have not received your refund after doing the above.
To return your product, please mail your product to: 2408 Modaff Road Naperville Illinois US 60565. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
